What Summagrad is
Summagrad is an independent academic support service for adults studying online: coursework coaching, practicum and preceptor placement assistance, IRB and research consulting, capstone and dissertation mentoring, essay and assignment guidance, examination preparation and week-by-week support.
We are affiliated with no university, endorsed by none and sponsored by none. School names appear on this site to describe where our specialists have worked and what those programs actually require. Nothing here claims a partnership with any institution named.
The rule the whole service runs on
We coach; you author. Work is delivered to you to read, change and submit under your own name, and engagements are reviewed to confirm that is what happened. This is not a disclaimer added at the end — it is the shape of the service, and a specialist who tried to work around it would not stay on the bench.
It follows that how you use our coaching inside your own institution's rules is your decision and your responsibility. Where a program requires something only you can do — a proctored exam, a recorded presentation, clinical hours on a real floor — we will say so plainly and prepare you for it rather than pretend otherwise.
Quotes, and what they commit us to
Every engagement opens with a free reading of what you actually have: the syllabus, the rubrics, and where the gradebook stands. That reading returns a plan and a figure covering the scope, the dates and the price. Nothing is owed for asking and nothing until you accept.
Work begins once a quote is accepted and the agreed payment or deposit has cleared. Anything not written into the quote is not part of it; if the course turns out to contain more than the syllabus showed, you get a revised quote rather than a surprise.
Sometimes the answer is no. If nobody here holds the credential your subject needs, or the term is genuinely past saving, you hear that then rather than in week nine.
Dates
A date on an accepted quote is a commitment, not an aspiration. If anything threatens it you hear from us early, while there is still room to act. Where a delivery is late for reasons on our side and no alternative is agreed with you, the affected portion of the fee is returned.
Revisions
Written work carries a courtesy revision for seven days after delivery, measured against the original scope. Revisions that expand the scope are quoted as new work, and we will tell you which of the two we think you are asking for before doing either. Anything a faculty member has returned goes to the front of the queue.
Confidentiality
Your identity, your institution and the contents of your engagement are confidential. Records carry a client number rather than a name. Specialists work under standing non-disclosure agreements. What appears against a payment says nothing about what was bought, and we do not initiate contact with your school or your employer for any reason.
The affiliate account
Affiliate accounts are open to graduates of Summagrad who meet their region's criteria. Commission accrues on completed and paid engagements taken by students you introduce, and settles monthly. Engagements that are self-referred, fraudulent or charged back do not accrue.
Commission may be taken as credit toward your own next program instead of as money, at the same value. Any earnings figure shown on this site is what a particular account earned, not what an account typically earns, and is not a promise of income to you. There is no quota and no minimum, and you may close the account whenever you like; commission already earned on legitimate engagements is still settled afterwards.
Limits, and which version applies
Services are provided as set out in each accepted quote, and our liability on an engagement is limited to the sum paid for that engagement. These terms and your accepted quote together form the whole agreement between us. If the terms change later, the version standing on the day you accepted your quote is the one that governs it.
