What the form actually collects
A quote request takes your first name, an email address, whichever program and school you type in, the service you pick from the list, and whatever you write in the last box. A newsletter signup takes an email address and nothing else. An affiliate application takes your name, your email, the program you finished with us and the region you live in.
How much you put in the free-text box is entirely your choice. Plenty of students write two lines and get a useful answer back. More detail helps us quote accurately rather than generously, but nothing past the name and the email is required.
Who here can see it
The person who answers your enquiry, and the specialist matched to your subject. That is the list. Specialists on other benches have no reason to see your file and are not given a way to.
Every specialist signs a confidentiality agreement before a single engagement reaches them, and access to student records is logged.
What we will not do with it, at any price
We will not sell it, rent it or trade it. We will not contact your university, your faculty, your clinical coordinator or your employer, and we never have. We will not publish your name: the reviews page carries initials and a field of study, which costs us something in persuasiveness and is not negotiable.
An email address given to get a quote does not get added to the newsletter. If you want the newsletter you have to ask for it, and one press of the unsubscribe link ends it permanently.
Cookies, tracking, and the absence of both
This site sets no advertising pixels, runs no third-party trackers and builds no profile of you across other sites. There is no account to log into, so there is no login to store. Ordinary web-server logs exist as they do everywhere and rotate out on the host's normal schedule.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means that one request reaches Google's servers as it does on a very large share of the web. Nothing identifying you is attached to it by us.
How long records are kept
While an engagement is open, and afterwards only as long as our accounts require. Write to registrar@summagrad.com from the address we hold and your contact record is deleted and your name struck from any list it sits on. You do not have to give a reason, and being asked for one would be its own kind of answer.
A person replies, not a form
Anything here you want explained, or anything you want removed, goes to registrar@summagrad.com. Someone reads it, usually within two hours, and replies as a person. If something in this notice does not match what you were told when you wrote in, tell us and we will correct whichever of the two is wrong.
